I'm not saying I should have mastery. I'm pointing out that I know next to nothing. I mean, I can't just make a d20 roll every time I greet someone, address someone, bid someone farewell, and so on. I have no understanding of the hierarchy. I mean, I know the High King is above me, but other than that, I can't say.

A rough map of the area. This is just a rough map. I'm a little lazy to actually put any effort into it right now, but I'll definitely try to get around to it. Anyway.

Okay, so... what'd you guys think?

Well, it got pretty interesting toward the end there. I wasn't reading Heather's scenario, although I got the gist she was in a fight. My own scenario was pretty interesting, too. I have a feeling that isn't the last I've seen of Royce or Brien.

Only the end was interesting?
Yeah, I didn't feel like whispering, so it's up to you guys to roleplay correctly regarding information that was revealed in your scenes. So for example, Lexi shouldn't know what a scumbag Dunstun is until Barlemus decides to impart this information and if Lexi decides to believe him. Just an example.
But, don't worry, I trust your guys' roleplaying.

I guess I should say the ending was the most interesting.

Well, what else was interesting? For someone who likes feedback, you sure don't give a whole lot.

Heh. I do better than Heather. I usually have to corner her in person.
All right, let me gather my thoughts here.
I enjoyed interacting with Lexi, particularly the teasing. I also enjoyed interacting with uh....damn, I all ready forgot her name. My little fangirl. Hopefully Barlemus can get her to stand still long enough to learn a little more about her later on.
There were a couple of slow parts for me, like during Lexi's match. But otherwise, the game generally held my interest.
It's clear Barlemus' views on nobility/commoners is quite different from others. He obviously likes to play hero, although Royce kind of stole his thunder this time. ;D
Barlemus is usually designed to be good at combat, but my favorite thing to do with him is interact with others. He likes to make friends, which is why he was so kind to that one girl. He even tried to settle Dunstun's dispute to avoid violence, as he would rather not hurt people if he doesn't have to.
Any chance to further Barlemus' relationships (rivals, friends, romantic interests, enemies) is great fun for me. In the first session, while Barlemus met several people, they were, at best, acquaintances (except for Lexi). I liked that he managed to acquire an admirer and a rival in this one.

Already? Dang, I must not choose very memorable names. Her name was Agase Othen. I'll post an updated list of NPCs a bit later in the week.

Actually, I've never been great with names. The only reason I don't forget my own NPCs is they're all convienently written down in my notes.
I was hoping you'd update that list, though. At least I remembered Brien and Royce, though. ^_^()

He only remembered Brien because he asked me if that was the one hitting on Lexi. I tend to like the interactions myself. Of course, the whole thing with the guy stealing her necklace was fun too. I enjoyed that to no end actually. The battles...well they were battles. They hardly ever catch a lot of my attention unless they are really exciting. Now the fact she got her ass kicked was amusing though. Either way, I enjoyed it. It made me laugh, though I still don't think that Lexi would have not known the house that her House serves under. Thankfully, David was nice enough to make her not look like an idiot.

Maybe you don't think that's what would have happened, but the dice say otherwise.

Okay, I've got to be honest. I very much doubt that I'll finish with the Pilot Campaign by the beginning of June (since there will only be one session left this month, since there isn't going to be one on the last week of May).
Also, I think David's getting antsy for the Second Arc to get started, so I propose that we set aside my Pilot Campaign when David feels that he's ready to DM, probably the beginning of June. So, it's up to David.
