"Sounds like a fine plan. We can meet back up to talk about what we each learn then this afternoon. Zoya as you saw I'm not the best people person. Perhaps you should take the lead in our investigation and if we find anyone that needs some incentive to talk I can step in."

"So, I figure, to find work, we should decide what kind of work we're trying to find," Fosco suggests. "Are we looking for someone or something to escort somewhere? Are we looking for a mission that involves fighting? That sort of thing."

"Very well," Zoya agrees. "We can all meet back in the village square when we are done."

Fosco I hope we can find work that involves killing or at least maiming some of those red cloaked men. They seem like to be terrorizing this town. See whatever you can find and then we will meet back in the village square" Gotrek says. Then he calls after Bareris, "Slow down manling, I'm coming. These stubby legs are built for distances, not sprints." So Gotrek then will follow Bareris to see Sister Garaele

Gotrek and Bareris (Shrine of Luck)Bareris gets directions to the temple, which as it turns out is just north of the village square, so a very short walk indeed. It's a small temple made of stone, and above the doorway is carved a sigil of a coin, indicating this holy place is dedicated to the goddess of luck, Tymora.
Stepping inside, Zoya, Gotrek and Bareris find a humble and simple interior and a single occupant, an elven woman wearing the vestments and icon of Tymora. "Oh, welcome, strangers. Can I help you with something? Do you require healing? Or perhaps you'd like to make a donation? 'A copper to the Lady returns tenfold in gold,' they say." She seems a wispy woman, even for an elf, and very scholarly looking; the type to spend more time reading books than fighting or hiking the countryside.

Gotrek and Bareris (Shrine of Luck)"Thank you for the donation," the priestess tells Bareris. "Every little bit helps." She adds, "Oh, then you are adventurers? I don't suppose you're here to rid the town of those awful Redbrands, are you? Wait, actually, now that you mention it, I perhaps do have a job for you. First, let me introduce myself. I am Sister Garaele, priestess of Tymora. And you are?"
"Zoya Lonerock," the paladin responds. "And these are Goltrek and Bareris."
"Nice to meet you all," Garaele says. "Recently, my superiors asked me to undertake a delicate mission. See, there's an old banshee named Agatha not far from here--have you heard of her? She's a bit famous in these parts. Anyway, I'm supposed to ask her a question about the location of a spellbook, long lost, that belonged to a legendary mage named Bowgentle. I sought her out in her lair, but...she would not appear for me. I did some research, and I think bringing her a suitable gift would make her manifest. But I don't have time to go back there now...perhaps you could go in my stead."
She fishes out a jeweled silver comb from her pouches and hands it to the party. "Use this to get her attention. I must warn you, this is a dangerous mission. If you say the wrong thing, if you make her angry...well, they say a banshee's howl can kill those who hear it. So diplomacy is of utmost importance here. If you give this to her and can learn from her the location of the lost spellbook, I will pay you...uh...let's see." She pauses a moment to think. "I don't really have any coin, but...I do have three healing potions. I would be happy to offer them as payment should you succeed. How does that sound?"

Before Fosco can say anything, the trio wander off. “So...what should we do? Follow them?” he asks Orianna.

Ooc: Orianna
Orianna shakes her head. "Unless you want to follow them," she says. "I am going to deliver our cargo, and then give Iroas to the temple."

Gotrek and Bareris (Shrine of Luck)
"I agree, and we could use those potions," Zoya adds, nodding.
Bareris has heard of banshees before, but not in any great detail. He knows they are the corrupted spirits of elves and are known for having a horrifying wail that can harm or even kill a person if they hear it. They usually only appear at night and have a great love of beautiful items.
===========
(OOC: I don't think Religion is applicable here. Arcana maybe, or just a straight INT check for knowledge about banshees.)

"Sounds fair enough. I'll try to keep my mouth shut this time and not provoke the thing. But maybe if were lucky she will have some undead friends who need killing", Gorek says with a smile and a wink.
