"It isn't a matter of being normal," Ladonna says to Ignot. "You're as normal as the rest of us," she points out with a sigh. "It is just that some people around here don't see it that way, but he seemed to treat Felicia well enough, so I don't see why he wouldn't do the same with Myra."

Ingot slowly looks down at his own hands, which are rocky and rough, then slowly looks back up to Ladonna. "Myra deserves a...husband that she...is not frightened...of," he says simply.

"Oh, uh...well, thank you," Derica says, accepting the pendant. It's clear she wasn't expecting this and isn't really sure how to process it. "I'm...glad to have had such a positive influence on your life."
Lillian
"No, I guess not," Finbul agrees. "Why do you ask?"

Ladonna reaches out and takes one of his rough hands, and shakes her head. "You are the least frightening person I know," she tries to assure him before she lets go of his hand. "Now the only question is how to get this knight here."

"I just parted with Lillian a few moments ago. Let's retrace my steps." She heads out to find Lillian.

“I suppose I was just thinking about how we all went to deal with the Broken Fang together, way back,” Lillian answers. “I considered asking if she’d come along with us, but...well, she’s rather shy and timid, so I don’t think a life of adventure, moving from place to place, would be good for her.”

LadonnaLadonna finds Ingot's hand to be rough, like stone. And yet, strangely warm, as if made of flesh and blood. He doesn't seem to react in any way to this, at least not in any way Ladonna can detect. She prided herself on being able to read others, but Ingot was always completely unreadable. "I do not...even remember the...knight's name. You...say he lives...in Hart?"
KatyaRetracing her steps, Katya leads Derica back to where she last saw Lillian. She is still there, speaking with Finbul. Lillian"You're probably right," Finbul says. "As I recall, the only reason she came along to help with the Bloody Spear was because she had a vision that showed her doing so. Unless she has another vision telling her to come, she probably won't."

Ladonna nods in answer to his question, and purses her lips together as she thinks about the knight's name. "Relken," she says after a few mintues. "That was his name."

"She was looking for the two of us" she indicates herself and Lillian "and for Ladonna."

"Yes, Baron Escott apparently wishes an audience with you three," Derica explains. "Have any of you seen Miss Marche around?"

Katya and Lillian
Searching the crowded room for a few minutes, Katya eventually spots Ladonna sitting and chatting with Ingot.
