Really? Because everything is basically in his pack or on the mule....all that is left is armor and a weapon. Move his pouch with holy water to the mule, and his battle axe, along with the pouch containing all his coin. Beyond that he would be armorless and unarmed. That or naked, partially armored and armed.

Yeah, he only has a STR of 11. But if he's willing to move his coin pouch over, that should be enough alone to get him back into light encumbrance. And as a dwarf, light encumbrance has no effect on his movement, so he's back up to MV 6.

Well, yes, that was the idea--that we'd resolve his storyline in this chapter before moving on. But it's been over five months, and the rest of the party is ready to move on.
It might be best to just have Hunner have a solo chapter to himself (well, him and his henchman) while the others move on to Zhea Harbor. That said, what exactly is it you are planning to have Hunner do?

the plan was to pretend to cooperate with the scheme, "agreeing" to help to kill Broadblade, just at the last moment to attack him.
The idea,is he doesnt trust his own power to overcome him, but with Broadblade...
and he doesnt feel like he can warn Broadblade before hand.
And I am sorry. It was a wild year.
