Actually no, it looks like you got it right. Pistol daggers are 1d4 against L creatures.

We are going to Serenity because there is another person there that has a ship that might be able to help. Plus, if we want healers, that is really the place to go.

Guys, I'm not picking out these two NPC's for you. You are going to have to tell Daos what you're wanting for your ships. The same goes with weapons. Kalana is going to focus on the Blue Moon since that is the ship she captains.

No problem.
@daos, you want us just to mention the classes and levels? First priority for both ships is Cleric specialized at healing at level 3/4. Next in priority I think is a fighter to tank coming attacks. Again, I'd assume level 3/4. And if we can find mages at level 2/3 that would be great.
@wolf, maybe you don't want fighter but a rouge or another cleric which is more capable at fighting.
Well, the groups are still separated, but I think we should either balance how we install the weapons on the ships or do it in synergy. I mean, we can put catapults on two ships trying to smash the fleet as they dock close to shore from afar while the third ship gets closer trying to take down the leaders or to get hold of enemy ships. (in fact for that matter we might want extra people being able to crew ships if we catch ones).
Anyway, I think if we put two cannons and one ballista/catapult on each ship we are already out of money... so more realistic is one cannon and either 2 ballistas or 1 catapult.

Again, I'd assume level 3/4. And if we can find mages at level 2/3 that would be great. Not 'first priority' so much as 'only priority.' I'm going to rule that because this is for such a dangerous mission, both Senllip and Brax are only able to recruit one henchman each. Even if I had the time and energy to roll up an entire cast of people all at once this late in the game, both of your characters dumped CHA so can't have very many henchmen anyway. So if you want a cleric that focuses on healing, I can roll that up. Because of the massive danger involved in taking on an entire Gunn war fleet, it will cost 300 gold up front, plus 3 gold/month after that, to hire them. I'll get started on them today, and hopefully have them ready in a few days time.

So cleric or mage? Or do you mean both, like multi-classed?

I understand. So yes, I would like to have cleric focused on support (healing/blessing) and I assume the cost is just. As thing will develop if the henchman becomes a friend I don't mind change in the future the business model to get a share of the treasure instead constant salary. It will be more fair to the dude and more motivating.
Also, if you need help with the rolling just tell me what you need and I'll help. It is only fair.

As I said earlier, because of the inherent danger of your mission, you're only going to be able to find one henchman each for this. So you'll have to choose, cleric, mage or cleric/mage.

cleric/mage then since it would be a combination of the two we both need.

Alright, I'll start work on them once I finish Senllip's cleric. Did you have any preferences in what kind of spheres and schools you want them to focus on?

I'm thinking that knowing some of the storm or nature types of spells would be more useful for arcane as for cleric side healing is the most useful along with other combat aiding.
