I second/third in agreement for that plan.

Jaeron muttering a bit to himself like a dwarf might goes about trying to locate stuff to tie up the downed slavers with before seeing what is going on in the stairwell. (ooc: why waiting i posted this?)

Searching for rope (and assuming you find some, then tying up the slavers) will take multiple rounds. Are we assuming that Senllip takes the door down by himself then, while Jaeron does this? Or are we assuming the party waits for Jaeron to finish, then send them both down?
Also, if Jaeron and Senllip are going down together with the door, which one is taking the lead?

I didn't think the two of us could really take the door down together anyway. i mean unless Jaeron being a gnome is shorter merely deals with trying to remove a hinge on the bottom of the door while the other taller is standing over him to work the upper one is workable. That and I was more concerned with no sheriff or deputy being around these slavers waking up/coming too getting away as being a bad thing. the last battle and the current one are in confined spaces with limited space i figured best not to bottle neck it all up at once.

if we are going to tie them, everyone can help and do it much faster, no? But I think we are in hurry and hopefully the knocked down people will not wake fast enough to help. This is indeed a dilema.

BTW, I don't mind to take the lead although I think Jaeron is more protected than Senllip... Hmm.. after rechecking Jaeron is less protected than Senllip, so I guess I'll take the lead.

Jaeron and Senllip aren't taking the door down. They'll be using the door Imrich pulled off its hinges previously. All you have to do is manoeuvre it through the doorway at the top of the steps and then head down into the corridor using it as a roof/shield combo. If we want to prevent the unconscious slavers from causing us trouble soon again, a quicker solution is to take their weapons and toss them outside the building so they have to go looking for them. That would keep them off our backs for a little longer if they wake up.

(OOC: Can one tumble while carrying a door under crossbows attack?) No. Tumbling involves 'dives, rolls, somersaults, handstands, flips, etc.' which can't be done while carrying a heavy door overhead. Anyway, so is Jaeron going with Senllip or is Senllip taking that door down there alone?

I still fail to see how both can do that at the same time but sure Jaeron will go with after tying up the foes already down.

"That does it! I'll not see us burned alive by slavers so that the Sheriff can sleep well at night!" Imrich draws three darts from his quiver and hurls them at the crossbowmen.
Just to be clear, based on this dialogue I'm assuming Imrich is aiming for vital parts of the body (head, neck, heart), and not legs and arms, etc.?

He's throwing darts. I couldn't conceive of a way to make that non-lethal damage, hence the dialogue, but if you're prepared to interpret damage as non-lethal based on where it hits I'm happy to rewrite the dialogue.
Edit: BTW, is Imrich standing at the very top of the stairs or has he been able to move a few steps down before throwing the barrel? It's a little hard to tell from the map.

Yeah, the way non-lethal damage works in this game is you just need to announce it when you attack. It is still possible to accidentally kill someone with non-lethal damage (if they drop to -10 HP, they're dead, regardless of whether it's lethal or not), but you can always choose to pull your punches, so to speak (that is, not use your damage modifiers).
And yes, I have Imrich right at the top of the stairs. He can move down them a bit, though, with his movement during his turn.

Ah, see if I'd understood that I'd probably have used the darts much earlier in this running battle.
I don't have time to revise my post now, but assume that Imrich's aiming for non-vital areas then and also that he steps moves down the steps so that he's standing in the first square inside the doorway. If I'm reading the map right that should put all the crossbowmen within long range for Imrich's darts.

On the map, the hallway is pretty high, 15 feet or so. Are the flames all the way to the roof or would it be possible to fly over them without taking damage? And what's the effect of uncontrollable coughing - no actions?

I'd say the flames are still small enough that you could fly over them without any issue, yes. You'd still have to deal with the smoke, though. As for the smoke, yeah, I'm treating it like Stinking Cloud. If you fail your CON check, you can take no actions (but can still move). Oh, and Bishgada, before Senllip rushes back into the fire, you should take a close look at the map. Unless Kendra backs off, there's no way he can make a melee attack as she is in his way.
