No they can't, but in the case of turn-based rpgs, they get the job done.

I got bored with Granstream Saga (eheh) and started a new game in Legend of Legaia instead. Now that's a fun game. Anyone ever play it?

I haven't, but I've seen Legend of Legaia 2 down here at EB over the summer. How are they?

Never played the second, but I like the first one. It has a very innovative battle system unlike any I've ever seen, where the player inputs whether they want the character to hit high, low, with their left arm, or their right arm. Certain combinations can produce special attacks. For instance, having Vahn attack with left, right, left allows him to perform Hyper Elbow, and so on.

Oh didn't I ever tell you that I was playing that Eddie? Legend of Legaia 2 is a blast, though such a cliche story. It retains the combat system David was talking about. I think you'd love it.
I purchased Sly Cooper 3 (The Sly Cooper series being excellent in my opinion) and played it to it's extent. Excellent game, rather easy though. Also Ratcher: Deadlocked. That was alright, I usually love those games but this one was rushed and not very good single-player.

I play a lot of Diablo II, but that's about it for PC games. Used to play Sims 2 a lot, but it's a memory eater and my tiny laptop can only take so much...plus 10 minutes to mess with the camera angles was getting to be a pain. Had an impressive ff7 file going but that's been cut short since the PS2 I was playing on wasn't mine. Um. ...hrr. Oh yes! I'm trying to beat the final Kefka in FF6, working up the nerve to finish up FF4 and am trying to get all the endings to Chrono Trigger. It'll probably take months and months since I don't play the roms as frequently as I used to.

I can say that I'm playing FF7 and I plan on starting Crono Cross sometime soon too.

I'm still about two endings short in Chrono Trigger. I've challenged Ikaruga again, as I said I would once do, but that is one tough game. I recently purchased the latest installment in a favorite series of mine: Fire Emblem. It was great, to put it briefly. After getting a simple unlockable of a portrait gallery, I've started on the first one we saw, and it's still fun.
I've also beaten Metroid Prime 2: Echoes to the point where there is nothing upon which I can improve short of time. I've hit my goal of 100% on Hard mode. As a result, I plan to get 100% in Metroid Prime. Also, if I get a chance, I'll be trying Mario Kart DS, with its 16 original tracks and 16 retro tracks (all of which I know! Nostalgia ahoy!).
I sort of regret not being able to play Diablo II: LoD anymore. One day, I intended to make a good Magic-Find character, because I always seem to screw myself over by choosing improved performance over potential wealth. And yet, at the same time, I don't want to start it up again, ever.
I'm now interested in starting up Mega Man X on my computer, but I think I'll hold out for the Collection coming out in two and a half weeks.

So that's when it comes out, eh? Well I'll be damned if I'm going to miss that release. Hours and hours of fun, not to mention extreme replay value.

Ah, a fellow simmer. I can't get enough of that game. Infinite replay value, if you ask me. But it doesn't run too well on this computer, either. That's why I don't get the expansion paks...oh, and money, of course, is also a factor.

A friend of mine has Jesus and the devil living in his Sim town and it's amusing as all hell. Jesus lives in a shack on the edge of town but has a load of friends, and the devil lives in the inner city and runs businesses.

Does Jesus own his own Public Access show, like on South Park?

No, but he does throw some fabulous parties.
Also, blast your ability to make children in Sims 2 that don't look like alien horrors. Kabibe, she's cute!

Thanks. I guess I have plenty of experience in sim-making. I even made a copy of myself and stuck him in a new neighborhood to see how he would do.
He married Marisa Benette, a pretty blonde townie who was rich and a wealth sim. My sim quit his job and stayed home to take care of the five kids they had (the last two were twins). The oldest married the girl next door and twins, and then a third child. The second oldest is married and has a child on the way. The third one just recently moved out, and the twins are still in their teens.
I figure at the rate I'm going, my family will soon dominate the entire neighborhood.
