"Why the need for an apology?" Lillian says. "I didn't think any of what you did was out of order--you certainly didn't mean to reveal his identity. That was a risk he took when he entered the tournament." She shrugs. "Although, saying it aloud, I can see why you might wish to offer apologies."

"He obviously wants to prove himself as a warrior, so I want to give him that chance," Ladonna says. "I have property now, and I really do need to go check on it. There will probably be chances for him to prove himself,and to learn what it is really like to be in a real fight if he was to go with me."

Lillian nods and yawns. "It's been...tiring, today," she says. "I think I'm going to head to bed. I best get some rest; the equality campaign starts tomorrow."

"Finbul and I started planning to take his efforts, fighting against inequity towards nonhumans, to the next level. We're going to start by doing research and gathering allies, before going out into Hart to raise awareness." |

Lillian shrugs. "It's not going to be a military group, which may give us the slimmest, tiniest bit of leeway. But my reputation's a bit kaput either way. I see no reason not to abandon it for the furtherment of a good cause."

"That might be the case about your reputation, but if you spent the time trying to build your reputation, more people would be willing to listen to your good cause," Ladonna explains. "Otherwise, you are going to end up with what you had earlier today."

"I've messed up a couple of times, so I'm still perfecting the art," Ladonna admits with a shrug. "Speaking of which, I need to go," she adds. "Enjoy the rest of your day, Lillian," she says. With that said, she heads back to the manor to see if she can speak with Eowin.
