"It's nothing," Kalana says to Imrich before she looks back to Saren. "Has there been word of other attacks recently?"

"None on that scale, no," Saren replies. "And I pray there are no more. But I fear there likely will at some point. Whoever this Son of Crizza is, I doubt he's finished just yet. In any case, I've taken up enough of your time. And my own. I should return to my paperwork. I wish you all a safe journey."
Saren, the warm and slightly moist pancake still in hand, descends the gangplank. A few moments later, the new crewmen arrive. One is human, male and in his early to mid twenties. He has short black hair, brown eyes and brown skin. He appears to be trying to grow a mustache, but right now it's just a bit of wispy dark hair on his upper lip. The other is a dwarven woman in her late twenties with hazel eyes, brown skin and brown hair that is braided up into little cinnamon buns on either side of her head. She also has a bone white scar on her left cheek. Both are carrying backpacks, likely stuffed with all their material possessions.

Kalana says her goodbyes to Saren, then looks down at the newcomers. "Ah, are you two here to join the crew of the Bluemoon?" She asks.

"Yep," says the human. "You the capt'n? Liko Maleko, reporting for duty," he says, snapping off a salute.
"Mirinda Kadrat," the dwarf adds. "Wow, this ship looks pretty beat up," she observes. "It's still seaworthy, right?"

"Now that we have your extra thumbs to plug the holes, we should be alright," Imrich jokes.

"Captain Kalana Ioane," she says, introducing herself to the two newcomers. "Come on board," she adds. "And she is seaworthy. We are going to have to be just a little more careful than normal."

Mirinda looks around, but her eyes settle on Jaeron--specifically, his vestments--and then widen a bit. "Oh, so this is a Guild ship?" she asks, pleasantly surprised. "I had suspected, based on the ship's name, but I wasn't sure. Nice to meet you, kohen." She clasps her hands together, forming a circle with her arms, the prayer stance of Gontorites.

Jaeron smiles and returns the gesture/stance to Kohen "Pleased to meet you Kohen I am Jaeron as you can see a fellow Gontorite. Forgive the looks of the ship it's gone through a rough patch and we paid for as much repairs as we could."

"Hello!" Senllip chirps. "I'm Senllip." he says and stands as tall as a halfling can stand tall.
================================================= (OOC: We did also hire Bayla, right?)

"Oh, no, I'm no kohen," Mirinda clarifies. "I'm not even a priest. Just a simple sailor, that's all." Senllip stands tall, but he is still shorter than both of the newcomers. And Imrich. And Kalana. But he's taller than Jaeron, so that's something. At this point, the other two that were hired arrive. One, of course, is Bayla. She looks a bit haler than the last time the party saw her. The wounds from her beatings when she was a slave have healed, and she's put on a bit more weight, so doesn't look as emaciated. She doesn't look terribly thrilled to be here, though. Gone is her upbeat and cheerful garrulousness. She seems quieter, more sullen. The other new hire is also quite familiar. It's the same priestess who healed Imrich before the battle with the Crimson Wolves and bolstered Kalana's courage in the fight with the great feyr. She's human, perhaps in her twenties, with a slender, hour glass figure, shoulder-length wavy black hair with a blue and white flower in it, brown eyes, and brown skin. She's dressed in the blue vestments of Octhanus, as well as leather armor. A club is on her belt, and she has a wooden shield slung over her back. "Well, well, well!" she says, recognizing the party. "I hired on with the first ship that was leaving today, and it just so happened to be yours? The world is a small place. Or perhaps Octhanus is trying to tell me something." She looks to Imrich. "But on the bright side, now you can pay that donation you promised me. What were your exact words? That you would pay it before leaving the island, I believe. Well, we haven't departed just yet, so your honor can remain unsullied. Surely, Octhanus has blessed you," she says cheekily.

Kalana holds back a snicker as the priestess badgers Imrich as she takes note of Bayla. "Welcome back Bayla. You are looking well," she says. She glances to Miranda. "Ah, it isn't a guild ship actually."

Bayla nods in response. "Thank you," she says softly.
Liko seems relieved to hear it. "That's good, I don't think I could deal well with a Guild ship. I don't mind working for Gontorites, though; long as they aren't trying to shove their dogma down my throat, that is," he says. "Otherwise, a paying job is a paying job, right? So we're bound for Tu'Valie, right? Heard there isn't much left there after the attack."

Jaeron ignores the rest of what is going on with Imrich and the the priestess he goes to Bayla "I am happy to see you again Bayla and I am sorry that we forgot to check on you after we got here. I went to see you and I couldn't find you. I am sorry. But I am glad to see you are in much better shape than when we first met. I cannot thank you enough for the aid you gave us back then."
Looking back to Mirinda he clarifies "No we are no guild ship I am a lone Gontorite in mixed company. But at least they tolerate me and I don't force my views on anyone. I apologies I thought you said your name was Kohen I was just too surprised to have someone greet me in the manner as you did Mirinda sorry for my confusion."

Bayla nods in acknowledgement. "Thank you," she says to the gnome.
"Oh, no, I was addressing you by your proper title," Mirinda explains. "I mean, based on your vestments, I took that to mean you were a kohen. Sorry, I guess I'm always sticking my foot in my mouth," she offers, a bit embarrassed.

Jaeron shakes his head "Oh no no it's not that you didn't put your foot in your mouth I was just being absent minded. I am a Kohen though I have been considering some life changes."
