If may I come back to the RP? I have asked oocly questions about it, and you also posted in IC.
I assumed that you had enough with my dissapearances, and I just wanted to make sure- either way, you are fully in the right.

You’re welcome to come back, yes! Since A) Iroqs have Migor specific instructions for his turn and B) I was eager to wrap up the combat, I went ahead and had Migor take his turn when you didn’t immediately post.

Are we rolling initiative for our hippogriffs, too?

Ooh, forgot about those. Go ahead, though don’t expect them to follow orders. These are rowdy hippogriffs.

Looks like Iroas is already dead. I thought about having him heal himself, but it doesn't matter, because he's still on fire and is facing a combined CR total of 8 by himself. He could use his action to put himself out, but he's at 9 HP so he'll go down anyway. Finally, I had the idea to have him cast Sanctuary on himself as a bonus, then put himself out, and just hope for the best. But then I realized none of that matters, because both the priest and the elemental go before him anyway in initiative, and it's statistically unlikely he'll survive their combined attacks with 9 HP.
So unless anyone has any bright ideas, looks like Iroas' suffering has come to an end once again. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah, after thinking on it for a few more hours, there's no way out of this one. If the priest and elemental alone could drop Iroas from full health to single digit HP in one round without crits (and with the priest missing 2/3 of their attacks, at that!), we are far outmatched. This is a TPK in motion, especially when the healer/tank goes down. Our best option is to flee, although Iroas will have to be left behind as the odds of him making it to the next round are pretty much infinitesimal.
So for the sake of moving things forward, I'll just officially go with my last strategy (action to put himself out, bonus to cast Sanctuary) because it doesn't matter, he's going down regardless before his turn.

Yeah, I totally botched the difficulty of this encounter. I basically took the "Cult Retaliation" encounter for the Fire Cult, and replaced two of the human enemies with a Fire Elemental. But didn't take into account that the Fire Cult is specifically designed to be the cult with the most powerful enemies, and that adding the Elemental would unbalance the difficulty so much.

If Iroas had prepared Banishment, this fight would already be almost over. But he had no way of foreseeing that he'd be facing an elemental today. Live and learn. Well, hopefully most of us live, anyway.
