My symptoms are better, but my fever still hasn't broken. I called in again, and I'm off tomorrow, so I'm hoping I'll be well again by Friday.
It's weird, I've slept more the past few days than I have the past week, but I'm still really tired all of the time.

It's normal, your body is undergoing a lot of stress fighting whatever you're having, so just focus on resting!

Good news. I woke up today and my fever had finally broken. I'm at 97.8F/36.6C.

Well, I'm going back to work in a couple of hours, so we'll see how well that works out. My energy levels are nowhere near normal again yet, so hopefully they aren't expecting any miracles from me.

That didn't work out so well. I managed just under 90 minutes before I had to go home.
On the bright side, it turns out I have about 80 hours of sick time saved up, so that should cover the entire week. So I went ahead and called in again today, and I'm off tomorrow, so hopefully my energy is back by Monday.

Weirdly, no. It was pretty cool out here in Massachusetts, but it's been getting hot and sunny and it's supposed to stay that way for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, that's what I keep hearing; that most of the rest of the US is warm, if not outright hot. But for whatever reason, up here's it's freezing.

it did that here too over the weekend we went from low 70's on Friday and Saturday to like mid 40's for highs the last two days.
