Although cheaper, the hemp rope is far heavier--a good 20 pounds. And Ladonna was not exactly the strongest person to begin with. She's actually built up a sweat just carrying it back to the arena.

For this battle, Ladonna decides to leave the rope she just bought behind with Lillian. "Keep that safe. If I win this, I'm going to need it for the next," she says before she heads into the fighting area. She smiles slightly as she looks over the knight before she begins chanting. She isn't going to hold back on him just because she knows who he is. (Casting Sleep)

Ladonna gets her spell off, and a green beam of energy erupts from her hands and strikes the Knight Errant right in the chest. The warrior suddenly finds they must struggle to even move in their heavy banded mail, and their sword swings become much slower. Ladonna avoids one slash, then a second.
