Jaeron holding his hands up as it to say 'stop' "Now wait a minute. How about if we could help you find a way to make your guilds mark and let the girl go?" the gnome fighting cleric asks the guild leader.

"I was leaning towards the same suggestion. You'll make much more of a mark for going after a guild member than kidnapping some innocent girl, and I am actually under an impression that this guy needs to be taught a lesson," Kalana says. "How much were you paid for this job?"

Kalana, Jaeron, and Johannas (Crimson Oars Warehouse) "What is it you are proposing, exactly?" the half-elf asks. "The Guild controls almost all trade on the islands. Making an enemy of them is not the smartest move."

"From what you have told me, only one guild member is behind this whole mess," Kalana says. "This information would bring down the reputation of the whole guild if they were to know about his shady dealings, so I'm suggesting that you give the money that he gave you to the guild and rat him out to them. Naturally, we'll pay you what the guild member paid you, so you aren't actually losing money providing that you free the girl."

Jaeron "I can't say for sure how a plan of that nature would go. I can't imagine informing on another guild member to be looked upon fondly. But then again I am far from being an expert on guilds and their ways."

"Alright, deal," the half-elf says. "You give us five hundred gold, and we'll let the woman go."

"We're going to have to go back to the ship to get the money," Kalana says.

Senllip finds himself in difficult position. Trying to sneak on the boat seems like a most dangerous feat, but waiting here, they might miss all the action. "I think sitting on our hands is boring. I'd rather take a peek under this lady skirt." He gestures at the boat and winks. "We will go invisible and sneak as quietly as possible." he suggests. "Remember our signs to communicate while invisible?" he asks making sure they won't disappear on each other. "Are you ready? We will only look. Not touch. I Promise." His last two words are a little bit muffled as he shifts his look from Athel's face back to the ship. He pulls out both of the invisibility potions, hands one to Athel and says, "To friendship, adventures and good bar stories!" and takes a sip of his own bottle.
==================================================================== (OOC: I hope the sentence 'peek under this lady skirt' is a cool way of saying he wants a glimpse of the treasure, and doesn't offend anyone. If it is rude it is unintentional and I apologize as my English is not good.
I made the following assumptions, please let me know if something doesn't apply: 1. They both used invisibility potions before and Athel will use one dose only. (or only as many as he needs and won't waste it) 2. They worked together enough times, even invisible, and established some way to communicate while invisible. That is additional for whispering of course. 3. If Athel has some advantages or preferences different from Senllip at some situations he will step forward and say it. 4. They have some practiced tricks together where one draws attention and the other sneaks around or backstabs or whatever, so if such situation will occur we can OOC establish the plan and if it is reasonable they can execute it assuming the roles are known from ahead and no real time discussion is needed or Athel will run to help Senllip while Senllip means only having distraction.
The main problem with both being invisible is to keep track on each other where about. If they both holds a string tied to their cloth and they are both invisible, will the string between them be invisible or not? I think that besides whispering they need some communication by knocks or better make a wood squeak which is not uncommon noise on deck, but do it in a given rhythm. Also some method of movement that ensures they knows where each other stands that they have practices. For example one starts moving for N steps then stop and make sure the where is the other waiting for his touch. When they connect the other one signal where he is going by some tapping on the shoulder and then the second one moves and so on. But the whole feat doesn't slow them down immensely. Here I refer to assumption #2.
If this is acceptable can we skip the fine details of specific method while posting in game?
Thanks. )

Kalana, Jaeron, and Johannas (Crimson Oars Warehouse)"You have one hour," the half-elf says. "Make it fast."
Senllip (Harbor District) The two now invisible halflings sneak up to the gangplank and walk past the guards, unseen and unheard. Once on board, the two make their way toward the stairs and descend into the lower deck, to the cargo hold. The entrance to the cargo hold is guarded by two Calabrian soldiers. Or rather, it was. Both guards are unconscious, slumped down to the ground and sleeping peacefully.
========
Senllip and Athel each quaff 1/8th of the potion of invisibility, leaving 6/8th of it remaining.
(OOC: If a string was tied between the two and both were invisible, the string would still be visible, yes.)

Jaeron nods and decides best not waste the hour and he heads back to the ship waiting for the others to ensure that is where they are really heading.

"It is doubtful Harrin has the money," Kalana says as she leaves the warehouse to head back to the ship. "Between the three of us, that should be a 167 gold pieces. Unless Johannas wants to pay the full amount himself?" she asks.

Senllip looks carefully at the sleeping men and around their bodies. He catches up with Athel, whispers, 'he was here', pauses for a moment, adds 'magic' and 'haste on but look for traps'. He then signals Athel that he himself will lead on and he tries to check carefully for traps at doorways or lose planks on the floor.

(OOC: As it's been a week since Gravity has made a post in this thread, I decided to NPC him for this post in order to keep things moving.)
Senllip (Harbor District)Senllip checks the area for traps, and finds several. But they have all already been disarmed. The two then enter the cargo hold, and find the place has been almost completely cleaned out. The golem lies on the ground, disabled. A number of crates have been pried open and their contents removed. In the very center of the room sits a small card with writing on it.
===========
Senllip checks for traps (1d100): 94, pass. He finds no armed traps.

(OOC: There's no reasonable way for Senllip to determine how long they've been asleep. Magical sleep's duration depends on the level of the person who cast it.)
