Kalana looks to Johannas then looks to Jaeron. "You don't have any money either?" she asks in exasperation. "I guess I'm the one paying for all of this then."

Jaeron shakes his head "No that is not what I was saying I thought you said us three combined only had 197 gold pieces." OOC: according to my character stats i have 252 gp still so yes i have coin i thought you said 197 was all we had combined.

Kalana chuckles and shakes her head. "I meant to say that if we all contributed 167 gold, then we would have the 500 needed covered," she explains. "But with Johannas out of the picture when it comes to money, the two of us will have to come up with 250 each."
OOC: It was 167 per person.

Kalana, Jaeron, and Johannas (Crimson Oars Warehouse)The party returns to the ship to grab their coin, then makes their way back to the warehouse where the Crimson Oar still awaits them.
After being let back in by the guards, the half-elf asks, "Do you have the money then?"

Johannes nods and whispers to Kalana, "Sorry; I owe you several favors."

"Don't worry about it," Kalana says to Johannas. "Once we get sailing again, we will make up this kind of money," she explains before she turns to the leader. "We have it," she says. "So let the girl go."

Jaeron lets Kalana do the talking for now merely standing there hoping this exchange is better than the first one.

Kalana, Jaeron, and Johannas (Crimson Oars Warehouse) "Very well," the half-elf agrees. He releases Rosina who quickly joins the group and hides behind them after receiving the five hundred gold pieces. "Now, I would ask that you leave. Our business here is concluded."

Kalana gently takes Rosina's arm, and helps her out of the warehouse. "Are you okay?" she asks. "They didn't do anything else to you, did they?"

"Damn! He has already been here." Senllip whispers while looking at the open boxes the disabled Golem and a bit around the room for anything that will indicate how Senrik operated or what he took so they can try and track it, then another look to see if there is anything else useful they could borrow, just to help them retrieve the Calibrians what is theirs, and then "Let's buzz off before we are caught and hold responsible for this clown mischief." But before leaving his signals Athel in their secret taping language that Senrik might still be there invisible and they should keep an eye back as well.

Kalana, Jaeron, and Johannas (Crimson Oars Warehouse)"Nothing a bottle of scotch won't help with," Rosina replies, still rather shaken. Once the group is outside and back at the alley, she rushes up to Harrin to hug him.
"Thank you so much," Harrin tells the trio. "How in the world did you convince them to let her go?"
Senllip (Calabrian Cargo Hold)The two start searching the area for anything useful or valuable. Of the latter, Senllip only finds some copper coins that Senrik apparently felt were not worth taking. As for the former, he doesn't have much luck. There's no obvious break-in point. No sign of struggle. How in the world did Senrik enter the ship, disable the golem, take everything of value (all by himself; how did he carry it all?) and then leave without tripping an alarm or even being noticed? The only reasonable explanation was magic. If only Senllip could sense magic, perhaps there was some residue left over here that might help.
Just as he reunites with Athel, a loud bell starts to ring overhead. "Intruder, intruder!" someone above cries.
"Damn, we need to get out of here, or we'll be blamed for the whole thing!" Athel hisses.

"Some gold and a bit of magic," Johannes answers. "They mentioned that they were hired by a merchant's guild that was trying to put you out of business. We'll probably be looking into that."

Jaeron clears his throat "A bit more than just a mere amount of gold mind you. But nothing more than I didn't already donate to my local church."

"If we have time to look into that," Kalana points out to Johannas. "We are probably setting sail soon."
